Technical Delivery
We've been running technical teams and delivering small to enterprise projects for over 15 years. We've run entirely remote teams, teams crossing 3 timezones and small teams all on premise. The key to running a technical project is adopting the development and delivery methodology to suit both the client and the underlying team. Our role is to ensure the technical requirements are fleshed out and understood and that they are planned in the the delivery schedule. Our role once running is to track the team and progress reporting back to key project stakeholders whilst managing and resolving project issues and risks.
