Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse (AAFDA)

This charity has "over a decade of experience advocating for families after the homicide, suicide or unexplained death of their family member or friend, following domestic abuse. AAFDA was established in 2008 by Frank Mullane in memory of his sister Julia Pemberton and her son Will, whose murders in 2003 resulted in the pilot Domestic Homicide Review being conducted. "

How do we work together?

T{h}onix work with AAFDA on both an ongoing support and project basis covering their Salesforce CRM implementation

The Salesforce partner responsible for building AAFDA's CRM sadly ceased trading part way through the project.  We had worked with the team to gather requirements and recommended both Salesforce and the partner to AAFDA.  We picked up when the partner left and completed the CRM implementation and now support this on an ongoing basis, performing a day-day Salesforce admin and consultancy role.  Small changes and projects usually consist of detailed conversations to gather requirements, followed by prototyping in a sandbox for review, before moving into build and subsequent iterations.  Scope covers NPSP, Case management and Experience Cloud development and maintenance.
