I have been fortunate enough to work with some amazingly talented people over the years and Nicola is one of those people.  She has the ability to traverse from the deeply technical to the strategic easily - which is rare in itself.  In our years working together, she has always been a “can do” person that can draw on her technology experience to build on any idea, make it better in concept and then actually prototype into reality.    Nicola also manages and triages all our technology issues with several suppliers effectively ensuring that a diverse set of contractors is knitted into a coherent technology team which requires significant people skills along with technology know-how.  I am so grateful that our paths crossed and she has been able to add so much to TheGivingMachine and the thousands of causes and communities we serve.
