The extended T{h}onix team
T{h}onix uses a carefully curated pool of freelancers and partners. With an extensive network of awesome humans and teams T{h}onix can flex and grow to suit the needs of your project
How T{h}onix works
We aim to:
-
Be bespoke
No 2 clients are the same so we don’t think “standard packages” work. From our initial conversations we create an approach that we think best supports your specific charity and your specific needs to achieve the best result
-
Bring insight but inform
Our role is clearly to bring both sector and technical expertise however, a key part of our role is to impart as much of that to you as is useful so that you are better able to support yourselves after our engagement is complete
-
Listen but challenge
We’re here to listen to your needs and wants but also use our knowledge to gently challenge. It’s important to build trust as we work together and allow challenge to ensure we land on the best outcome
-
Draw on expertise of others
Whilst our knowledge of is both wide and deep it’s important to acknowledge when specialists in certain systems know more. We have a broad network of partners that we draw upon as needed
The Office
We operate a hybrid working model between remote working and an awesome co-working space in Newbury
The support crew
You may often find these two four legged friends making an "unexpected" appearance during calls. Hobson and Red (Uncle and Niece) provide much needed company when working from the office.
