LawCare provide free and confidential emotional support to anyone struggling with the pressures of a career in the law.   They run a volunteer lead helpline and live chat service to support those in need alongside a peer support programme.

Beacon CRM Implementation project

How did we work together?

T{h}onix were engaged to work with LawCare through our partnership with Beacon CRM

As their appointed approved Beacon partner we worked alongside the Lawcare team to implement their fundraising, volunteering and case management processes into Beacon.  As a 100% remote organisation we conducted  virtual workshops, 121 interviews focussing on the processes and data needs within each team.  This allowed us to create streamlined and simplified ways to capture, find and report on the data within Beacon.

LawCare had a mix of systems in place prior to moving to Beacon and as such we supported them in the migration of that data from the source systems to the new data structure.  Finally we conducted detailed training sessions focussing on each functional area to support the change management processes within LawCare

LawCare now have a single system of record and integrated ways of working to allow them to better support their service users and report on their data
