Beacon CRM Implementation project
How did we work together?
T{h}onix were engaged to work with London Irish Centre through our partnership with Beacon CRM
As their appointed approved Beacon partner we have been working alongside the London Irish team for the last 6 months to move their case management, events and volunteering over to Beacon from an existing case management system.
We conducted a number of in person and virtual process workshops along with a number of 121 interviews with key team members. This was supplemented with detailed data mapping, the end result being we have been able to design a new way of working in Beacon. Despite only launching recently, is already driving new insights on their data and ways of working.
Due the the volume and complexity of their data we also carried out additional data migration services to extract transform and load their data into the new structure. We also conducted detailed training sessions both in person, virtually and through instructional videos.
This was an extremely complex migration both in terms of the number of features required, the volume of data and complexity of the existing processes. This required detailed logisitical planning for the roll out and cross over from the old to the new system
