MyTime Young Carers

MyTime provide much needed support to young people caring for someone in their household.  They 

  • Give young carers something to look forward to amidst challenging circumstances
  • Create much-needed breaks for young carers and safe spaces where they can be themselves
  • Offer social opportunities for young carers to connect with one another
  • Empower young carers with new skills, confidence and self-worth
  • Identify training opportunities and pathways to employment for young adult carers

Beacon CRM Implementation project

How did we work together?

T{h}onix were engaged to work with MyTime through our partnership with Beacon CRM

As their appointed approved Beacon partner we worked alongside the MYTime team to implement their fundraising, volunteering and service delivery processes into Beacon.  We conducted a mix of in person and virtual workshops with the time, starting with a full day of in person working. Our follow up workshops with smaller focus allowed us to zoom in on the specific needs of each team.  This allowed us to create streamlined and simplified ways to capture, find and report on the data within Beacon.

MYTime were migrating from a mix of an existing CRM and a series of forms and spreadsheets to a single source of truth - Beacon CRM.  We provided detailed training materials/manuals and instructional videos to help embed the new ways of working in the team and also supported them to migrate all their existing data.
