Beacon CRM Implementation project

How did we work together?

T{h}onix were engaged to work with Newcastle Hospitals on a full data audit of their current Beacon Implementation.

Over a period of time their systems and ways of working had evolved and unfortunately keeping their Beacon implementation as clean as possible to support that, had not been able to be accomplished.  Newcastle Hospitals Charity process a lot of fundraising data and there are a number of teams and initiatives to consider when building out the full needs for all the various teams.

We have conducted a few projects with the teams  - the first was a discovery audit.  This involved completing a full audit of their current implementation to allow us to understand opportunities for improvement.  This also involved holding workshops with the teams to understand the challenges and future needs.  This allowed us to provide a set of recommendations to move forward.

We were then able to implement a good number of changes from our recommendations however some were more complex and affected integrations with other systems.  We then spent a week on site with the various teams running in depth working sessions to allow us to build out the design and stress test this against the various data and business scenarios.  Having established the detailed design we are now working through a longer term implementation project to bring this to life.

We have also worked with the teams to prototype solutions for managing their fund giving opportunities so that all information can be managed within a single system
