TTPNetwork

A patient led organisation supporting those diagnosed with Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP).  They are the UK's primary patient support group for patients diagnosed with TTP and provide advocacy, information and support for patients and their families, and offer support to health care professionals.

They are a key voice in the public health sector and regularly work with other stakeholders to improve knowledge and services for TTP patients.

How do we work together

T{h}onix provide technical consultancy services to TTPNetwork. 

Having worked with the founder of TTPNetwork for a number of years we now provide regular technical consultancy services to the organisation. As a volunteer led organisation it has previously been challenging to embed digital systems.  The last year has had a focus on creating a strong base for managing data using technology solutions that maximise budget and can grow to match the organisational needs. In the last year we have: 

  • Implementing a new database (Hubspot) to help them manage relationships
  • Implementing a new process (supported by Hubspot) to allow them to onboard and manage volunteers
  • Transitioning their direct donations to to new platform (Donorbox)

T{h}onix also provide technical strategy advice to help guide how technology can help the charity reach it's organisational goals

Ways that we would never have thought of.  As a result we have a dedicated consent form that automatically files itself to the client record.  We asked Nicola for help to streamline our donation platform.  She identified a product, helped set it up and has also liaised with our web developers to ensure that the donations page is fully embedded on our website.
